Amazing experience and outstanding teamwork! From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond. One of them immediately noticed a missing nose piece on my old glasses—glasses I didn’t even buy there—and replaced both nose pieces on the spot. When I came back to pick up my new glasses, I noticed they were super blurry. Before it became an issue, her coworker jumped in, realized the lenses had been swapped, and fixed everything right away. The whole team was friendly, sharp, and incredibly professional. This is exactly what great customer service and teamwork look like!
